The 3,700 SF addition and renovation created more identifiable and inviting entrances for a pair of office buildings in Chester County, PA. They also created lanterns along a dark but well-traveled road. The design was created to integrate with the existing architecture in a modern way. The existing stairs were unwrapped glass was used to keep the space open and light. The renovations also included common spaces within the building. This small addition and renovation, strategically placed and meticulously detailed, creates a grand visual impact for the tenants, as well as the larger community.
